Applesauce and Cinnamon Ornaments

We made these last year too.  There are several recipes on the net, I used 1 cup of applesauce mixed with 1 1/2 cups of cinnamon.  Knead it until a good cookie dough like consistency.  Roll out, let the kids get crazy with the cookie cutters.  Air dry over several days, flipping over often.  I give a bunch away at work, some of the people in offices leave them up all year because they smell so good.
